Does any got rejected at panel and still went on to apply again? How long did you wait to reapply and did you got accepted in the end?

Hey guys! Can I check if a 2nd-panel interview is normal? I went through the tea session, 1st panel interview, and the submission of forms and documents. I was waiting for medical but instead received an email for a 2nd panel interview. Anybody could advise what questions will be asked? Thanks!
