Moi work usually more long drawn - take 1/2 days mc the work is still with me. End up is less time to do the work only. That said, if really sick until cannot focus/work properly will still take mc.

my mc is situational. if got important thing to do (important meeting, project) i will go even if 40c fever.

if nothing to do and i dont feel like going, i just kheng mc

i do not own the company nor am i the MD/CEO/Chairman. so if i sick take MC only. if no sick, clear some MC only.

Used to not take, but now will take.

But if got very important stuff, I will still go work, because my workplace no boundaries one, will keep messaging and hounding me even if I'm on leave or MC.

Even not important things will kacau me. Very funny one. Some stuff pending because waiting for reply from outside company. If I go work, my supervisor no issue whether the vendor/outside company got reply or not. But once I MC, they will think, wah, he MC ah, got what thing currently pending that he's overseeing ah, must ask for updates. When I'm physically at work, don't need to give updates on, but when not at work only, must report status.
