Try Dior, Alexander McQueen, McQ By Alexander McQueen, Jil Sanders, Raf Simmons, Bottega Veneta or Louis Vuitton. They make great polos. But LV's fit is rather big so you'll need to actually try. and oh, its about $500+ for one if im not mistaken..

If your budget is closer to $100, Look for Brooks Brothers or Ted Baker.

But anyway, I really want to go overseas for my degree educatoin, I have quite a bad impression of local u's (the stress level is -_-)

I heard local law students spend 10+ hrs in sch and still study late into the night.

In the UK, I would expect only 10-12 hours of lessons per week (it said so in my offer pack) and I do realize there are alot of self-study sessions and projects, but thats what ill rather do
