IT show next week, are the Poly notebooks deals still the best?

Only advantages is longer warranty and onsite support?

if don't want i7, downgrade to i5... possible to still get a light ultrabook below $1k outside?

integrated graphics but other specs keep... 8GB ram, 256GB SSD, ultrabook like Asus zenbook around 1.5kg... any outside model with i5 can get below $1k?

You will have to check with the school who would know better. Existing students are still students who can enjoy such perks. Subjected to them being able to afford of course.

Hmm, sometimes students decide not to buy a laptop when they are year 1, therefore they can get it the following and the next as Long as they are matriculated students still studying

Price for spec, polytechnics generally offer the best prices. Go compare.

specs wise if u don't care abt QHD display then that is more worth it than the poly roadshow one already at its current price.

it show got some BUT v limited , like 15-20 sets per day.

A bit disappointed that NP won't be offering any Dell laptops this year. Wanted to buy the XPS 13 when I first saw it two years ago. Guess I'l wait for the IT Show then
