Malaysia bkt are low quality and bad tasting. Full of fillers like button mushroom, taupok, etc.
Just look at the article. It says it has a pepper version for local taste. He don't sound very confident of his own signature dish.

Agreed. most MY style BKT outside Klang do not taste good at all.Yup. I will go for peppery style with a thick cut of fatty pork bone. Damn satifying to eat and chew the tender meat. Better than all the bits and pieces in the MY style bkt. Still dare to add disgusting straw mushroom.

Malaysia bkt damn aplenty everywhere in JB, why must eat this? Not even very famous for JB standardBecause Klang is damn far away, damn hot, and damn long queue.
