Open this thread as previous dunno why cannot tag along ask questions already.

Just want to confirm to check is only via browser online banking under the Bank and Earn summary? Using the posb mobile app cannot view correct?

I want to periodically check the progress as mobile app is more convenient. It is now showing all zero for my case but I can only view via browser online banking.

Can I buy a super cheap Protect1st plan (premium $6 monthly) to fulfil one criteria?

Then after 12 mths cancel?? Is it logical?

Yes logical and website say "Cashback Bonus recognises all Manulife Regular Premium insurance policies distributed by DBS/POSB"

3% of 6 = 0.18 -> 5.82 so I assume this 5.82 you can claw back from your other categories e.g salary credit or cc spend?

i would prefer investment than insurance unless you genuine want the insurance.
buy $1000 of UT, fee $5, cashback $30, sell the next moment the UT is in the portfolio, lock my profit $25.

Yes I already have the $1000 investment category.

Previously have salary crediting as well but shifting to UOB one acct. Hence need insurance category to replace this.

The cc spending also only a token amount to satisfy one more criteria

Your UT so good price won't go up and down when you buy and sell one? Can share which UT price is static one?

Just to share for the credit card spending, like what the TnC say it is not limited to retail spend. It is also eligible for bill payment recurring or one-off. This open up more avenues for you to clock txn on credit card spending.

It is enough for me. My main aim is the salary credit category as that alone nearly max out. The other 2 categories are fillers to satisfy the criteria. So as fillers try to squeeze out more a bit.

Thanks everyone. So the previous thread was started by POSB official account. I think posb decided not to participate in this forum so the thread become invalid.

so I already have 3 categories. But I want to do 4th category thanks to some pioneers sharing method to earn $25 through the UT buy>cash in $25>sell within 2 week

so kind souls pls share the good value UTs. It would be good if the ticker is also mentioned nikko a35 and otherone which is G3b so i also monitor the UT’s performance in ibkr or other app
