Saw this also, I mostly use POSB for Watsons transaction only and now almost all other credit cards gives better rebate than POSB at Watsons!

Ya. Seems like posb only good for spc and sheng siong and utility now. No other use liao.

Even utility rebate is capped at $3. Meaning best for max $100 utilities bill. Anything more will not yield 3%
