no. you don't need any rooting. just need to use external home launchers (launcherpro and adw launcher etc) and other applications like desktop visualizers, minimalistic text, beautiful widgets, folder organize, BobClockD3 etc.

1) That one uses app like Battery indicator. There are a few similar ones, I use Batteryminder.

That is battery monitor widget. Yes, done using minimalistic text.. but you will need widget locker app to put it on the lockscreen

it's a default clock, alarm to be exact. It's an analog alarm clock.

oh darn it... nvm then i'll stick with my go launcher ex... tried launcher pro plus but cannot create folder in app drawer, a big no no for me cause i like to organize my apps =)

The launcher i was using for that was launcher pro. But i'm pretty sure you can do it with ADW too.

That was system info widget, can get it from the market i think. Use icons only froyo theme within the widget.
