Power cord replacement

My Xiaomi power cord stopped working and I am looking for a replacement.

These are the specs:



If I bought the 12V 2A model listed here (https://shopee.sg/AC-to-DC-Adapter-...6?sp_atk=4455f291-0b83-4c7d-8f3f-fe9482c90665). Would it work?

The voltage seems to match but I am not sure if the tips to plug into the monitor are the same. How do I check?

TS, you better off going to Sim Lim Tower with existing adapter and find one with same voltage/current/tip?

You will have to bring the old one and eyeball the difference or measure it with a ruler. Usually these specs are not provided.

you can place a ruler across the output jack for your XiaoMi power cord to determine it's inner and outer diameters.

B = 2.1 mm (diameter of small circle)
C = 2.5 mm (diameter of big circle)

The other size for B is 2.1 mm but this does not seem to be the case from your pic. The Shopee specs probably meant that a pin designed for 2.1 mm hole will also work with the adapter which is 2.5 mm.

From what you two said, it seems like the inner diameter is the same, just the outer diameter is different, that's why can be 2.1-2.5mm. Must confirm with the seller.

And if that is the case, your socket can fit an outer diameter of 2.5mm?
