Power efficient GPU Recommendation

Hey I'm kinda new at this. Could you advise how I can utilise my GPU to the full potential? Sometime I open multiple nox player to play other game. Maximum I could open is two. I have 16gb ram. 1.5gb is allocated to each instance with 2 core.

Also, I tried with 3 instances. This is where my computer start to lag where I can't perform normal task like youtube etc (actually I can still browse but the experience isnt that great. Some lag time)

If you want to maximize the use of your GPU, play PC games.

As for your lag issues, this is due to RAM constraints and the fact your CPU Only has 4 cores/threads. That is your bottleneck. Not the GPU.

Did u enable virtualisation in bios? It helps to improve performance. However also the setting u used per instance. For me I'm running at medium using 2x cores with 2gb ram. Able to run up to 3 instances with buttery smooth experience, face some lagging when I put up the 4th instance.

GPU won't be the deciding factor here as NOX utilises cpu, not GPU.

In some cases it didnt even use the gpu to run his applications and games.

All this droid simulators are mainly leveraging cpu cores than gpu.

Im using i7 4770k igpu to play my clash of clans, lineage and also sometimes 7 knights

Why are you assigning *less* RAM? You should assign at least 2GB per instance.

A CPU upgrade to something with more threads would help too, yes.

Why did u allocate lesser ram to the instance? If u want better performance doesn't it make sense to increase it?

My example is in comparison to yours, I'm able to run 3x instance smooth, main difference I would say is the cpu. I am using 7700k for this setup with 32gb rams.

No I reduce my ram to test whether I am able to run multiple instances without using too much memory. However performance have improve, now my nox player seldom crash. But trying out 2gb with 2 core for 3 instances doesn't help much either. Still very lag

You only have 4 cores. If you assign 2 cores per instance and start 3 instances...

Example: layman terms
1 donkey can pull 1 cart
2 donkeys can pull 2 carts
1 bull can pull 2 carts
2 bulls can pull 4 carts
With 2 donkeys, can u pull 3 carts? Yes u can, u need longer time.

Now for the cpu
Ur i5 has 4 core 4 thread
Ur NOX instance is 2 core per instance
3 instances requires 6 cores ( or 6 threads)
Can u run 3 instances? Yes u can! Suffer performance loss.

why would u allocate 1.5gb to each instance. Give it 3Gb for each instance
