yes. Follow the price in Spore

if u buy from europe $250 and spore sell $370, they take the price $370. U can choose any items with value $370 and top value if the item u select is higher.

yes i remember there is a time limit.... but i forgot how long will it be.. IIRC its one month.

if no time limit, i would have taken my new wallet to change. But i think if u ask nicely, as long as it is new, they might change it.

the only bad thing is that the SA in prada ION changed.... i missed those days where the SA are locals.....

Thanks. I guess the important factor is the item must also be avail in sg, otherwise the equivalent value given to u can be arbitrary and i imagine probably not in your favour.

U get higher equivalent value on the exchange but the things u exchange/top-up also will then be at the sg pricing, so it evens out i guess...

Even if the item is not available in SG, u can order from them. BUT high chance u will not get it. I remembered I want to order something not available in SG and the process is like very troublesome. Of cos if u r prada VIP then different story.

Is anyone using the prada saffiano corner wallet? The rubber lining is starting to crack after 2 months and the leather is starting to peel off. Mine is the caramel colour and the below colour is showing. Are these normal? Can I ask prada to exch/repair?

This is not normal. Saffiano leather is very hardy.

Can try and bring it to prada boutique to check.

It costs hkd$4100 at the Hk airport (note Hk has no duty to start with, even for downtown boutiques). So that works out to be about sgd$680.

The outlet sells 1m1225 wallet at around sgd$600. That's a saving of $120 compared to Sg price.

As for the bags, well basically there's a lot of nylon bags for sale at the outlet. It costs around sgd$1000.

Just to update. I asked the Prada SA if customers can order products not available in SG. The SA told yes can but need to pay extra 20% of the retail price
