just drop by prada ion last nite.... confirmed with the staff there that the customization is only for new collection bags and they say could be communication problem at that time

btw just saw new collection bags n wallets coming soon at prada.com .... the striped design looks good on the bags but ugly on wallet and its too loud for me....

yes they do have keyholders. you can visit www.prada.com > E-Store search under accessories you should be able to find what they currently offers at their stalls now.

yup key holders usually a standard design, only the exterior's design might b diff due to various collections/seasonal designs n stylin cues. If nt u might Wanamaker looknat the ladies range too? Some designs can b unisex too.

Locally no. If want to do in Asia, have to go HK. And you can only do for tote bag etc as in new collection....

yes tat wallet is too loud. Still prefer my embossed prada wallet.

From my usual walks to Prada. ION, Paragon and DFS don't have. Only chance is MBS. you can try there, especially since hardly anyone goes there regularly.

only the red one ish available at Prada MBS, was there earlier today. cost ish $350-$380 thereabouts.

hmm supposedly ish MII, but we'll nvr know if they "outsourced" it elsewhere and ship back to Italy for QC and stamping of MII?

however, i noticed that over the years, their quality have indeed improved alot and gotch betta QC.

well just make sure the item chiu ish getting is properly checked for any workmanship issues can liaoz thou they have warranty on that aspect.

Speaking of workmanship, recently saw a zeh zeh tekan SA to bring out at least 4-5 bags to check in the end still not happi
Can you share with me what else to check besides the usual stiching? Thank you

They should be more exp, if I am not wrong.

I suggest you go to the local Prada store. See if anything you like (and JUST BUY IT. haha), take note of the price and compare it when you are over there, if cheaper, you can buy it there. Also after going to the local one, you might find things that are in stock in Aussie but not sg. So you can buy it there.

Also, you can buy from Changi Airport.

Just shamelessly ask them to take all their stocks out and compare. After all you are paying a high price, you deserve to be able to choose the best one. Check the condition of the leather, if there is dent in it (which I should have done for my wallet. ) and check the interior of whatever you are buying.

Get the best one, you should be happy with it. Haha.

haha no choice lah, zehzeh customers are harder to please as compared to korkors.

things to lookout for:

• check position of triangle logo/metal initiales is properly aligned and positioned
• check for zip enclosure for smoothness
• check for sttching both insides and outsides (outside more impt)
• check for excessive glue residues (usually can be removed easily)

there are other things too, but it all boils down to which type of items etc. remember also to check if they stamped on your warranty card with the date of purchase and boutique name.

hmm not sure thou, hav nvr considered going to Aust to buy branded goods as they are not really reknowned for it, at most ish buy surfwears and stuffs, furthermore AUD ish higher den SGD so not sure will have savings boh.
