Haha, he lucky dip according to the staff at JP is first come first serve. If you are late may not have lucky dip. Idk how this works and its infuriating considering a deposit was made.

Anyway, yes, their staff are not as well trained and geniuses at Apple. With the way they conduct themselves I was actually very reluctant to make a deposit but oh well... I want the Note...
