Printer recommendation

People, hoping to get some advice. My 3 yr old inkjet printer is at its last legs. Looking to replace it.

Profile : Light usage, printer shared by entire family. Average 15-20 page prints per week?

Requirements :
1) All-in-one - scan, copy and print
2) Not particular about noise or quality of print
3) Only A4 printing required. No need colour.
4) Toner easily available and not prohibitively expensive that it's cheaper to get a new printer.
5) Wireless preferred but not a dealbreaker
6) Budget less than $150
