Can you share why do you think their prices are unbelievable?
for example their 55" sells at around 900 and 65" at 1.1k when compared to other brands like Sony, LG esp when i compare to the post your TV purchase thread. its a huge difference. unless the specs in the prism tv are vastly inferior to the other brands, therefore my question

When Prism TV if the mic is turned off does it emit an irritating light like Xiaomi?

You can get LG and Sony TVs too.. just need some effort to look out for deals…
The better TVs will definitely cost more so you need to compare apples to apples

Hi all,

Just receive the PRISM+ TV from M1 recontract of Home Fibre, I try to do casting from PC to the TV but keep having hardware error.

I have no issue with the same PC to my Sony TV so not sure why PRISM+ TV cannot do casting from the same PC, anyone can advise?

See if your handphone using the same network as your tv … so far mine do not have this issue .. but I am casting from Samsung tab.. gave cast on iPhone before just to test and was able to do it everytime.. Hisense however was not able to cast on iPhone

Just recently got a 65" PRISM+ TV (1st time using their TV) for below $900. Quite ok, except find the screen very reflective especially in daytime. Upon closer look, seems got screen protector secured by tape... Are we supposed to remove this, will it result in the display being less reflective?

One plus point for me is it plays nice with my Sony soundbar unlike previous Samsung TV (where the soundbar will weirdly turn on the TV by itself). Another big plus is that there are no problems playing local Mediacorp TV, whereas the Samsung would have stuttering playback especially during bad weather; since my mum only watches local TV so now less complaining, haha.

IL side LG TV broke down, so gotta shop for replacement. Thinking of giving Prism another shot instead of TCL.

Question for bros here:
1. is their support still as good, and responsive?
2. which 55”/65” TV model is considered good, reliable & VFM?

Use case = FTA TV

Cannot compare this way as processor and implememtation is different. To be fair I would compare Prism+ with some China brand or Philips/Sharp as Prism+ is also OEM from China brand.

Maybe its just me. My Prism 65" OLED just encountered white lines across the screen for 10 seconds ... about 4 inch width when playing HDR on PRIME video. On every episode. be it mentalist or Citdel

Need to reset the TV and now back to normal.

As my Netflix is on basic subscription plan, did not have a chance to test that out ....

Lets hope it continue to work well ...
