Yep, do check what each offers and know that the major brands are pretty competitive..
hi PeterIt's quite interesting..
Prism bombards your news feed on social media with plenty of ads, and the feedback is always positive.
But do check around and see if they are really the cheapest and so forth.
Eg, for the 86" panel being offered at 2999, LG offers their own IPS equipped panel for less with freebies like a XBOX etc and full warranty too.
There are other entry level makes like Aiwa, also very active on social media, but main stream brands are actually quite competitive in price, and even Samsung has a AU 8000 or AU 7000 VA panel on offer that can match these brands.
My own friend bought a Prism because they were pushing it as being half the price of mainstream brands, but go do some homework before you commit and compare prices... you may be able to get a current year model from the main brands or a higher end older model for the same price or less.
Don't let the social media or the pretty influencers sway you... do your own homework...
If you have gotten the Q43 for $599, could have gotten the Samsung 43AU7000 instead for the same price. It's a better value buy than the Q43 IMO.Recently order PRISM+ Q43-QE TV for my parent and yesterday just finish setup.
The display quality is very terrible and controller isn't friendly user for old person's usage.
Bad point:
The display isn't as clear or sharp compared to Sony.
Controller need to be improve for switching over to local Channel 8,5 and others.
Having a hard time to find an option to rescan local TV channel DVB-T2
Not a friendly user for old folk people compare to Sony Android TV
Good point:
Cheap
Android
Have been doing so whenever people around me has the thought of buying a Prism+ TV after they are bombarded by Prism+ social media ads.Let your friends outside of this forum and also only using social media to know there are alternatives
Then everyone can make their own decisions
Not sure who's the panel manufacturer...Prism+ OLED AL series available later today...

Most likely is LG, so far all other non-LG OLED TV models get their panels from LG.Not sure who's the panel manufacturer...
