Hi guys!

anyone facing issue with the tv popping or have sound after off-ing it for awhile or hours later.

if anyone has advice other than their website. Kindly advice me please.

U mean as in the display is not showing up but there is sound from teh TV...Yeah it happens on the OLED 55AL....I recently got it replaced with a diffent ;latest TV model and it works fine now

During on and off, the techician had just left.
He mention its due to the plastic expansion, thus its causing the noise.

It was a 1 to 1 exchange....Anyway the tech support have replace my TV with the latest google Tv

PRISM+ Q55 Ultra​

and refunded teh difference. It seems like working properly now with no issues so far.

Oh, so they dont ready has spare parts to support after sales services.

Just got my Q55 Ultra TV. The panel is damn reflective.

Anytime there is black or dark colours in the image, instead of seeing the details in the blacks/dark colours, I see my own reflection. Even at night with my lights on.

If I don't want to see my reflection, I have to watch TV in the dark.

I've already set the Picture Mode to Standard and Screen Brightness to Full. But still very obvious.

Are all Prism TVs like that?

I didn't notice it at the Prism shop, but then again all their shops have dark lighting. I'm beginning to suspect this is why.

What model is your Hisense? Is it a model that is still selling? I might go check it out.

Went down to Courts, the sales staff also recommended Hisense U6H cos the panel is semi-matte, so supposedly not so reflective, as my Prism is semi-gloss. But I see the difference like not that much.

I was considering doing that. Still can't get used to the reflection, it's too distracting.

You tried before? Easy to apply?

I might be OK with less brightness and contrast. I saw the Samsung Frame TV in shops, full matte screen. Yes it's less bright and contrasty, but I think still acceptable.

I don't use Prism TVs... nor do I put such a protector on my TVs...

What model is your Hisense? Is it a model that is still selling? I might go check it out.

Believe is just panel different. Noted PRISM+ also is OEM from China maker.

Glad I watch TV in complete darkness at night and partial darkness (with window blinds) in daytime.

just normal andriod tv.. nothing special
