nowadays tv cannot last long one after my previous set screen got issue.
i set myself to not on for more than 3 hrs max for my newly replaced tv.

Like how i did, i also kept the control and lock in my room when i am not at home so that my grandparent cannot watch.

Thanks. it seems to be a framerate problem. I switched to Nova player and the problem went away, but sometimes it also lags, so I switch between VLC and Nova.

so far so good.. U65 + Ripple + swivel mt, $1614 (after all the promos vouchers etc) during last 11.11. I think good deal for the bundle. hope it last.. crossing

good for you. my Q55 delivering tomorrow and my current faulty Q55 will be taken away by Prism technician , hopefully the 3rd set no more issue pls...

prefer the 1st set but it give way after a yr

Prism+ replaced my Q55 QE with Q55 Ultra, finally all issued fixed. Prism+ customer service really good. Will definitely support Prism+ in future

I just realized there is no subtitles button on the tv remote. using u65 google tv..already enable the closed captions but still no subtitles (cna japan hour) anyone know how to enable the subtitles?

cant enable unless you using singtel tv and watch from the tv box. not only prism tv other brands also the same so not prism issue

i also using prism tv never see the function. normally if want to watch sg channel i use singtel tv
my area there the antenna not strong, got people walk past the video will hang

ok. found the function. strange that Prism never include the button on the remote. so I used my Xiaomi Mi Remote IR phone app, add prism+ remote, there is caption button and im able to enable the caption now..

Not too sure, a few hours at night cos mother watched TV at night. Sometimes dad used in afternoon too

if you mean the 4 yellow circle lights on the below, that one can be turned off.
there is a switch to turn off below.

only the Ultra series has this
