Those w netflix issue, just get a full refund. I highlighted 1st week of may, guess till now not fixed based on other ppl posts. Wait till dk when
Ask for netflix subscription refund too.

They know there is a problem, cannot fix, but still selling.

Enjoying LG tv now w no issue.

Somehow my TV remote for E35 spoilt after less than 2 months of usage. Trying to reach the customer support for replacement during this ** is a nightmare.

Anybody have any advice on any remote app that I can use on phone to control the TV?

I noticed Xiaomi digital tuner tv audio got issues. It got an irritating click sound at the background if u hear carefully. Even with Bluetooth or wired. If u play others like YouTube, it sounds ok. U encounter this problem?

heng i checked this thread, Prism in general seems to be plagued with QC issues

I see similar complaints for their monitors too
i.e. screen cracking

1) backlight bleeding
2) TV auto on and off ( creepy in the midnight )
3) auto close netflix ( auto changed to channel 8 like every 10-20 min)

seems like their prism monitor problem also bring towards to TV.

my PRISM monitor can auto turn on in the middle of the night with just the LCD backlight turn on.. nothing else.

coz i always have a habit to turn off my monitor once i'm done for the day.

Prism+ wasn't the best deal for me imo but support local so close one eye.

Nice to find out from here instead of newly owned owners in their comment page.

For me a tv should serve basis viewing entertainment. Not fidgeting about problem after purchase.

For those who harbour to purchase the Prism TV, I would suggest that you hold it 1st.

The unit that I got had continuous issues with Netflix & eventually after some persistence, my concerns end up with Tech Support Level 2. But to be honest Level 1 & Level 2 may just be the same chap & see how best they can do damage control. Left review feedback on Prism main page, guess what since I give them 3 stars, they obliterated my comments. I guess they only want to see & hear the good things...typical fascists mindset.

As till now, the issue is still persistent. & the Level 2 Tech Support specifically mentioned the issue is persistent across all models & they are aware of this issue since the launch E43, but instead of resolving the issue before releasing the newer models, they still proceed doing so most likely based on greed & ignorance.
