I think we are asking for private transport or tour guide for flexibility. Unfortunately, coach though cheaper does not have much flexibility.

private transport or tour guide would be more useful for pple who have kids or older people travelling. I just a matter of how much each individual is willing to pay.

XiaoZen, i hope the driver u recommend will not bring u to "their recommended shop" for some commission??

and how long does it take for you to travel from BKK to kachanburi? I am still undecided if i should travel to kachanburi as i am not sure if my kid can take such a long journey on the mini-bus

the driver nvr bring me to those shop the last time.. but like i said, if he bring you to gem factory.. just dun buy anything lor.. free drinks!!

i recommend you to leave the hotel early.. ask him when is the earliest he can come over your hotel.. so as to beat the morning jam.. den you all can continue to sleep on the mini bus.. dun forget to eat breakfast :p

2.5hrs if not jams.. lols.. dun worry about water and stuff as there are alot of Tesco and Big C along the road.. so you can ask the driver to stop by to shop etc..

Hi Peeps. Mind sharing the contact number of the driver? I'm looking for one to tour us around Ayutthaya.

Thanks.

Chao phayra, temple, grand palace, floating market..

Tour guide fee alone is about 2400 baht for the whole day, 8 hours.

No Van, only public transport.

Source from tripadvisor..

ten ppl one van :) mostly singaporean and malaysian :)
They picked us from hotel then drive to railway market. Then one hour later we meet at the van area. Then drive us to floating market. Then we just take the boat around the place for one hour, then they drove us back to Siam Paragon coz we requested :)
