Ok, ran memtest on the individual sticks and so far one came up with over 700 errors at only 1% Pass:

Hopefully it's still under warranty!

Do you think it's better if i change to 2 pcs of 16G ram instead of 4 sticks of 8G ram? So if need to test for errors will only need to test for 2 sticks?

Why do you need so much RAM? Do you know that Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit version can only support up to 16GB RAMs and even if you get 32GB RAMs, the system is capable of using up to 16GB RAMs only?

TS already on 32GB physical ram, not 16GB.

Users often confused with the term 16GB physical ram limit and 16GB memory address limit. W7 H/P 64bit is not supporting full 16GB physical ram but 16GB memory address which include the graphic card vram/rom, BIOS, keyboard, mouse, optical/HDD cache/rom etc.... On a 16GB system, you won't get the 16GB physical memory utilize, not even with PAE and memory remapping feature enabled in the BIOS.

There are some threads recommending members on the new rig to get 32GB ram with 2GB video card and buy W7 H/P 64bit.:s22:

My system is running Win8.1 and as for why I have 32G ram - I dunno, it was built by the computer guy :o :o

I've stuck the GFX back in, hopefully no more issues from here.

Thank you Commach and everyone else for your advice :zonia::):)
