Hello,

So what i suggest is CONVERT Borron to AAA or VIP lots but not concord village. I m trying to do the same but PG is asking me to top up a lot and we are still negotiating...

You are operating on the assumption that the company will still be around or the cash flow situation is better in 6-9 months. Maybe, Maybe not. If not, you are assuming that with the contract now tied to Profitable Plots Pte Ltd (registered in Singapore) you can sue them for everything they've got... and if they opt for arbitration which I believe is stated in a clause in their option agreement? Then what? Too late by then since you have sunk deeper into THE BLACK HOLE. If you can't get your obligations from a well crafted Boron contract, you'll probably get nothing from a well crafted AAA or VIP contract..

Good luck for those who still decide to wait or to fasttrack/convert (or whatever banner you put that under)in hopes of increasing the chances of getting back your money...

If they dare to put it down in writing with their directors' signatures and company stamp, then you can sign any agreement. For this form of written agreement, in times of uncertainties and potential dishonored payouts, this will be your best evidence for the authorities as well as your best evidence against them even if they have the best lawyer.

Before you signed anything, ask your lawyer to review their new contracts first, and draft this written agreement in favor of you.

It doesn't matter whatever they sign or agree to. You still don't get it,
even if you have all the evidence, like most of the investors have now,
you are still not going to be paid.

So I suggest you do not throw any more good money in.

Renew your Borons?

You know what guys, PG called a few days ago asking me to renew my Borons.
Claiming that in 6-9 months time i will get paid. Since they don't do pro-rated payouts, if i were to renew, i'll stand to be paid more.

What kind of rationale is this?

Is it my problem that they don't have USD5000 in their bank acct to pay me?
If PG's directors ever had a conscience, they jolly-well should do pro-rated payments for the delay, instead of asking ppl to renew their contracts.
A lousy excuse to get out of trouble by making people renew their contracts when they cannot even honor it in the first place.

Honestly, i think they are just trying to get out of the legal obligations for another 6-9 months. The only way for them to get out of trouble is to get us to extend our contracts with them.

Anybody renewing? Think again.

Profitable Group in Sunday Straits Times 27 June

Alternate link with the Straits Times full article is on the Singapore Law Watch site here

I agree with the posters saying don't give these people more money or switch products. Waiting increases your chances of loss as Profitable Group can't have much new money coming in. They still have to pay the directors and for those premises in Stanley Street.
Get your money back now if you can.

Robertson Associates

I have been receiving calls from this company call Robertson Associates (hope I get the name correct) to visit them for a talk on getting money back form PG. Anyone know anything about this company?

I am extremely puzzled how they got my information and even know that I have invested with PG. Very fishy...

Hi All,

I also invested in Profitable Plot. What action should I take now? I came to know of the situation only recently. Should I make a report or some petition or some group?

Thanks.

Robertson Associates

i am not saying Robertson Associates is a scam but i must warm the people here that situations like the on PG that has framed many investors for months without getting paied attract many scams presenting them selfs as "Solution" to your problem. You give them a fee hoping they can help you recover part of your money but the only thing you achieve is adding up more loss to your current ones.

So do a search about the company prior trusting them...

Better Don't Do Anything Silly

When timeshare companies got into trouble a few years ago, many companies sprouted as timeshare resellers to 'solve' timeshare customers' problems. However, problems beget problems. In the end, affected investors suffered more.

There are people out there who viewed our "misfortunes" as their business opportunities. You got to check with MAS about this company whether they are regulated or so. I doubt so. I believe, there will be more of such company appearing since it is so easy to set up a company in our country.

To these guys, we, investors, are not stupid. We did made our mistakes buying the "Profitable Products" from Profitable Group. But that was in the past and we have learnt our lessons. Pls do not try to suck more money from us.

To Profitable Group, I will not reveal my identity to anyone until all boron investors are paid. If you return all the boron investors that you still owed (including me), their principal sum of money, I will definitely indicate in this forum that Profitable Group has returned my capital.

This forum has a lot of unique visits every day. It is on the first page of Google when somebody typed "Profitable Group". It is as if liked a daily newspaper for the profitable group victims. There is no need for any private discussion group at all.

what i would be suggesting is use them only under the agreement that they will get paid only from the proceeds of your case. That may be a percentage like 5% of the money recovered from your case. Do not give any money in advance...If it works let anybody else to know so we can all use them...

While I am not an investor, I would suggest that investor stay clear of this company.

Some questions to think about:
  1. Why would they have better luck getting your money?
  2. Would you be signing away your right to sue PG or this company in court? Would it be more complicated for you to sue if you sign a legal agreement with this company to recover your money from PG?
  3. What happen if PG pays to this company and this company dun pay you? Another round of lawsuits?

One more thing to think about

What if, this company is somehow related to PG? Underground dealings?

Cos right now, PG find it v hard to retrieve the investors' confidence and asking them for more money or delaying their payouts. Think in their shoes, if you are the boss of PG, what other "legal" alternatives can you think about to pump in more money from these existing investors and prevent them from getting back their capital?

Unless PG is not aware of such company's existence, they should post news on their website to warn people about this company as fast as what they did with Tan Kin Lian and Profitable Capital.

...Warning signs...:s16:

Hi George,

I think u are missing some important points here. Y r u trying ur luck on this company when you have already been cheated by PG ? This company is very new and am pretty sure they do not hav a MAS approval to sell or take care of ur toxic investments with PG. I am really growing suspicious of ur posts in here to be very frank (no hard feelings). Please do not divert the issue being discussed in here. If ur really a genuine investor who have not been paid by PG, have u signed on the petition at the Speakers Corner ..have u registered to be part of the collective that is ongoing ?? Please come clean:s11:.
