Rental values got up so much this year? I think no up , maybe even slightly down... based on ads I see online.

$243.68 for whole year? It's not even enough to go for a nice outing at a good restaurant.

SG taxes are a joke. Might as well don't collect. Probably costs more to pay for staff working at IRAS to collect taxes than the taxes collected.
