$1200 for setting and $6700 for 0.64 carat, VVS2, E color octagon diamond but i didn't choose that diamond. Told casey to look out for a similar diamond that is VS2 to save some money as we are not in a hurry to get it anyway.

I bought mine quite a while back already. I think it was abt 1k+ to 2k for both bands. Got it with my diamond ring together.

Main diamond is a 0.31carat F VS1. It does look quite white. That time they explained to me with the ideal scope. The more the light return the brighter the diamond will be. This will make the diamond appear whiter.

Nice.. actually the green is not really light leakage.. it's just less intense light return..haha..but definitely can't compare with JP considering the price for the diamond.

Anyway what's the specs for that and how much did they quote you?

Green is weak light return.. it will make the diamond appear more darker compared to the red which is the full light return.
So red is bright and green is dull grey..

Can see the diff at part 1:55.

My Brella is 0.76 F VVS2. cant remember how much already.
but for that same budget they also showed me a normal cushion 1ct I can get.
no interest in the normal cushion at all though... look so dull like it's like crystal

I wouldn't say it has good light return. The middle area in the white circle are all leakage area. The diamond will have a dark ring in the centre.

Btw, the ASET scope image is taken on a black background. They're usually taken on a white back ground so white is full light leakage.
So the black areas you see on yours are actually full light leakages and the darker the green the more the light leakages.

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah there's certainly lots of green at the centre of the diamond. But i guess that's the case for most of the non hearts and arrow cushions. Here's the picture of the diamond:
