With this, probably get a .36 to .39 range then. can drop a price band yet look like .4

The diamond is a 0.40 carat.. should try to get a 0.4X or 0.3ct++. Don't get those round number sizes like 0.30, 0.40, 0.50 etc... If the diamond kenna chipping, then the value will drop alot to the 0.3ct range already.
The HCA is good. Just need to check with the ASET scope. The table (59%) is out of the Ideal range though. If I'm not wrong, its like a 60/60 diamond. The depth is 60%. http://www.pricescope.com/wiki/diamonds/60-60-proportioned-diamond
