If you think that people on the forum who read this will quickly think badly of us or cast an opinion on us , you may be mistaken .
I believe they know that any criticism or any praise , on a forum , has to be taken with a pinch of salt .
And whoever is right or wrong , to fairly judge them , you need to give both parties the right to speak up .
And whatever we say must be backed up by evidence .
So instead of warning others , it is possible that you may be misleading others as well .
in our 5 years of business , having served countless customers , with all our Heart & Passion ,
we have never had to refund a customer's deposit & return a confirmed Order .
As we are not a Branded company , all the more , we have to do more for every customer.
Give a better price , Give a better quality , & Give a better Smile ...
Or we cannot have survived for 5 years ...
So Forum Readers have to ask , why did we have to do this ?
If you feel you have lost time & energy , its fair to say we have expanded just as much time , effort & energy .....
Your wedding is on September 30th 2012 , its almost 6 months away ....
so we would not have returned your order & full deposit , without knowing that you still had ample time to use another jeweller and be more satisfied .
We all need our RiceBowl , we all have a Family & children to feed , Its unfair of us to simply bad mouth others without proof ...and destroy other people's
livelihood ....
This is definitely not a Right thing to do , more so , we have not insulted you , cheated you or broken the law .
This is simply a case where we could not agree on something and it was best for both parties to move on .
Both of us have lost just as much time , effort & energy .
