depends on the clarity and the color mah... a E VVS1 should cost close to x2 of a G VS2 with the same carat size

i have been reading this thread and finally meet up with Jann&Paul this afternoon. As usual, had a crash course on diamond for almost 2 hours.

Diamond scopes look good don't think it can get any better, it's a nice size plus its D color.

Larry's is still expensive bro, they give discounts based on each particular customer, like my boss got a lazare at XXXX price, but my fiance's friend got almost exact same specs for much cheaper... but overall it's still expensive. Plus lazare is just only branded, they follow the traditional ideal proportions but nothing else, don't need to be hearts and arrows also..

Yeah.. if you think about it, even if they give a "30% discount", they are still earning profits.. only less profits.. So imagine how much profits they're earning when you're buying their regular items..
