The spec is VVS2, F color.

Actually clarity should go to VS1 or VS2, Color G. Can be cheaper about 500SGD.

But they have no stock. Mine is the last solasfera diamond... Next stock is unknown.

Regards,
S800

Actually why everyone only recommend JP here

To be honest, if you're gg for quality diamonds that's value for money, JP's pricing is very reasonable and competitive as compared to branded jewelers like tiffany Bulgari and Cartier etc. A diamond ring is a diamond ring, nobody can tell its brand by looking at it unless u ask for the brand. So most imptly ( at least to me) is the brilliance and sparkle. No point getting a diamond that doesn't sparkle well in diff lightings. I went to a few shops like fairys inc, lovis, lovida and leehwa. In those shops, every diamond sparkles cos of the Spotlight in the shop, but when u look at the aset scope and h&A scope, that's when u can tell the quality of the cut of the diamond. For a diamond to sparkle in different types of lighting, the cut is the most impt. And jp only brings in diamonds which are cut well so that they can qualify it under their so called super ideal cut or solesfera. Not affiliated to Jp, I also started reading the forum recently when I'm researching for brands to search for my e-ring, and I saw for myself what the other fellow HWZ ppl claimed, went down to JP with my bf and he gladly paid for it after seeing the scopes and diamond himself. So if brilliance and price is the key in getting a proposal ring for your SO, I think JP is the best place to go. Signed up to HWZ also because I wana share my experience with everyone here :)

Hi all, need a little help here.

My GF's ring size is a 9 (49). I'm deciding between a 0.44 Super Ideal and 0.32 Solasfera. I personally prefer the Solasfera's look, but am afraid it will be too small on her finger.

I would just get the 0.44 Super Ideal. Both are going to be wonderously sparkly. But at the end of the day, after someone comments on how sparkly her diamond is, the next question is invariably the carat.

I couldnt tell the difference between super ideal and solasfera so went for super ideal instead. The difference is not very obvious, only smaller but more flashes for the solasfera.

actually it's true.. after i got my ring, i noticed that most of the time outside lighting is not as conducive as seeing the diamond under shops lighting. sometimes, it would look pretty dull especially shaded outdoors/cloudy day.

Ya, in the shop, the diamond is super bling. Cloudy day the diamond is still very bright but not as colorful as when inside the building. This is a photo of mine when its cloudy. Its late afternoon now so not much sun. When under direct sunlight, it will have many piercing sparkles. If it's sunny tmr, I'll take another shot :)

Anyway, if the diamond is a super ideal cut quality, you no need to worry what lighting you're under.. it'll all be very nice :D

Very beautiful!!! I chose this setting too! Tapered with 6 prongs. Initially I was tempted to add side diamonds, but didn't want to snatch the limelight of the rock in the middle 😂

Lols, just bring her out to a nail parlour and get her nails done lor! Actually plain nails is ok also I feel, as long the fingernails are clean =)

People should focus on the ring instead of her nailart! haha

I think natural is perfectly fine! Just enjoy the anticipation, while she enjoys the surprise!

You can always get her to do the nails after the proposal for photo taking purposes.

Thanks guys! Its a Super ideal cut 0.5ct. I think it looks bigger than a usual 0.5ct coz of the cut. People get shocked when they know its only 0.5ct. hehe
I bought it 5 years ago liao. Sent it back for repolishing recently and it looks brand new again :) Back then, they didnt have all these new cuts like the brellia or solasfera yet.
