why cannot resize?

yup got my proposal ring from them too. I checked the last time and they said sure will give discount for wedding band.

The JP staff can explain to you. Rings can only be resized when the bottom part is one material

Here you go =) Your ring settings is very beautiful!!! How much did you pay for it?

Thanks lynntoh! The setting cost $1600 .
The idea of the ring setting comes from their verragio rings. Vince showed me some verragio ring settings , the price is around 4-5k .However, very kind of him , he suggested us to modify a little here and there & it will actually cost us much cheaper.

Princess Cut 1.01 CT

I got my proposal ring at Jp last 2 weeks ago. It was my first time there and seeing how difficult to find princess cut at the regular shops. I bought the diamond on my first visit.

what i like about JP, the staffs are really well trained. they would show you different diamonds, let you know how light and cutting affects the diamond. Show you scopes and expertly answer your questions.

The Brellia is super nice and for sizes about 1.0ct its too expensive. My mother in law specifically mentioned the diamond must be 1.0ct and above to maintain the value. :s13:

In the end i got a loose diamond and also a halo setting for my fiancee .

Princess cut 1.01 ct
Color F
VS 1

$9200

Halo setting in 18k white gold

$1300

JP a nice place for you to learn more about diamonds and you be surprised. Its not always about the IF , VVS1 , VVS2 . The Color is more important. ( at lease for me )

Nope it just a normal princess cut diamonds that JP have in their store. But from what i heard from the staff , the loose diamonds are also consider the better ones as they have been filter by the shop first before they put for sale.

my GIA cert is Sept 2015 .
