Hi all,

I went down JP and was quoted the following specs as per below:

Super Ideal cut
0.43 Carat, VS1, Grade F With setting - $3300
0.53 Carat, VS1 Grade F With setting - $4650 and $4550 for 0.51 carat.

Currently I am still waiting for the scopes, cert and HCA to be sent to me. Will share for more information once I received them.

Would appreciate for some feedback from folks here.

Thank you!:)

Have received my scopes and cert!

I have also paid deposit for this.

Folks, for your comments please, thank you!:)

Somehow not quite sure why the images do not load, can anyone help to repost please?

Hi guys, went to JannPaul and they quoted me this diamonds, all super ideal cut

1. 0.46 carat round brilliant E color VS1 $3200 diamond only
2. 0.51 carat round brilliant E color VS1 $4050 diamond only
3. 0.53 carat round brilliant E color VS1 $4250 diamond only

Won't be posting the scope images as it is all super ideal cut.

Have been jumping back and fro between this 3 diamonds :s22: as I can't decide which is better that is within my budget of $4500 with a simple setting ($550). I wanted the 0.53 carat but I would exceed my budget by 300 dollars. Very tempted to get the 0.46 one as it would be within my budget, but the size difference is quite noticeable between the 0.46 and the 0.53 one.

Any advice?:s13:

Hey guys I would like to share my experience with this really amazing local diamond wholesaler called La Splendour/Diamondlite at Shaw House.

After receiving my proposal ring from my fiancé, I was searching for something to wear while traveling or something durable to wear daily without damaging my expensive proposal ring. I read on another forum that Diamondlite was known for their beautiful CZs that are made in Switzerland and cut by diamond cutters so I went to their outlet in Takashimaya to check it out. When I first saw the CZ rings with palladium silver/white gold/silver bands I was at a loss for words because they looked so beautiful and I literally could not tell any difference between them and a real diamond. I got a 2 carat classic tiffany setting ring at around 150+ after a 50% discount and since then have only been getting compliments from friends who are awestruck by how it isn’t actually a real diamond.

This morning when I was preparing to wear the ring to work I noticed some cloudy inclusions in the ring. I was annoyed at first because I genuinely believed it was a defect with the ring I didn’t notice earlier so I fb messaged Diamondlite. They were so quick, helpful and polite in their response and offered to inspect my ring immediately, and offering to replace it if necessary. Turned out that I was being overly paranoid because the “cloudy inclusion” was just a drop of water from the bottom of the ring that had stayed after I did the dishes this morning. They polished my ring, magnified it under a microscope and all was good again.

Their CZs have hearts and arrows design and are all ideal/brilliant cut with 56 facets just like a real D color diamond. Diamondlite is their CZ line and they also specialize in diamond wholesale as well. From what I heard from my friends, their diamond prices are on average 50% less than that of shady jewelers like lee hwa/goldheart/citigems (which are, btw, owned by the same company aspial corporation), sometimes with even better quality and beautiful unique designs. I would highly recommend all of you to check them out. I was so touched by their excellent service and the honesty and kindness of the boss, Winston. My fiancé and I will definitely be going back there for our wedding bands and I definitely see myself purchasing more diamond/CZ jewelry from them.

you mean white gold? or gold ring and sterling silver plated on top? or any pictures as example.. if it is the latter, why dun you go for full sterling silver instead?

Is it normal for JP's super ideal range diamonds' HCA score to be 1.4? The three diamonds that I've shortlisted all have the same HCA score of 1.4

HCA is a rejection tool, not selection tool. Anything below 1.5 are all classified as same decent.

Invoice is from house of hung

the only official 'diamonds' sold by JP are all their signature cuts.

Anything else, it will be under HOH. They are operated by Father / Son, nothing to worry about.
