The left most heart at 9 o’clock is smaller than the rest. The top right 1 o’clock arrow seems slightly broken. Other than that the rest is ok. Only some minor digging on the girdles. Overall its more of a Ideal than Super Ideal cut.

How about the ASET and proportions?

This is all the info I have, buying it online for about 5.1k SGD.. Thinking if it is a good deal.

Found another deal.. 0.71, G, VS1 for 5k SGD + tax + local setting at HOH or Ling Jewellery about 1k should still be about 6.5 k or less. Think pricing is quite competitive, any of you guys can recommend? ASET scopes below.

Is that aset consider as black background? Meaning the redder the less intense.

The red centre is less intense

No idea what Black background means, the image is not as sharp as the scopes from JP though. They're from Whiteflash so I think the diamond should still be of high quality?

Hmm saw others' replies and agree on being careful with those on black background.. My 0.72 E VS1 ideal diamond from HOH cost $6200. Although my arrows probably not as straight.. If you're going for a no side diamonds kinda ring setting, I believe their ring setting cost only about $600. If you down the carat and colour from my specs, also can get around 6500 from HOH.. At least they let you see through the scopes and do multiple versions of your ring settings (I'm at version 14 now..)

I think u should down the colour, up the carat lol.. If she has slim fingers u can stop here.. If her fingers are chubbier then better drop to an ideal cut and up the carat even more

How u noe if the price quoted to you is accurate.

No, it’s by %, not 200. Usually 5-10% I believe. So bigger, more expensive.

Lower the color and drop the clarity to VS2 and up the carat. My personal opinion, getting a 0.3x Super ideal D color is a bad idea. A 0.45 ideal, F Color VS2 will beat it hands down anytime.

Agreed with the rest. D Colour is wasted on 0.34ct.
Down the Colour and up the Carat.
What's your gf's ring size?

For me I sacrifies a bit to get a bigger carat. I got Ideal cut instead of super ideal cut. I try to make sure the dimension of the diamond is cut within a certain range then look at it under ASET then would be ok le

An Ideal is never better than a Super Ideal because of the sparkle/light performance. A SIC may not be much more expensive than an Ideal too.

If you want to stay in colourless range, drop the Colour to a F and bring the Carat probably to a 0.5ish ct.

Possibly a 0.45ct if you're lucky?

Sounds like your gf is quite understanding down to earth girl.
Bottomline is get the best within your budget and I am sure she will appreciate it no less.

If can, I will still stick to a Super Ideal. Diamond will look bigger in smaller fingers. Or you can ask JP to superimpose your diamond on your gf hand photo. From there you see if big enough or not
