:/ they dont have much solasfera stock. is either i get a 0.344 carat E colour VS2 for 2.4k or 0.34 carat F colour VVS2 at 2.45k or a 0.6x carat :/ which way off my budget lol..

i am hoping tat a new shipment of solasfera do come out. wanted to get a 0.4x at least :/

well i asked the SA for the trade-in policy of JP which i read in this thread or the parts before, that it’s 100% of what you paid excluding GST. i was told by the SA that the 100% excluding GST is true if it’s within two years from date of purchase and if you trade upwards . If it’s more than two years, it will still be 100% excluding GST but you will have to pay a couple of hundreds to get it recertified, probably for re-examination of the diamonds’s specs for any chips etc . This maybe why you diamond was only recently certified or perhaps u are really lucky to be there when a new and fresh batch came in and maybe because JP did not need to search through their records for the scopes since the physical copies probably just still lying around? Don’t quote me on this physical copies part cos i really don’t know and am in the same situation as you . I went down just two days ago and got my scopes today but my cert was last year May i believe

When you need your diamond piece? imo it's really not worth it for 0.34ct.

weird . i was told that there was a batch of solarferas about one to two weeks ago max, probably for a different range i guess but yea there wasn’t any 0.4x at all when i was there last saturday .

i guess what they meant was maybe they say no 0.4x for the past few shipments bah.. they told me they have stocks for 0.6 above -1 carats..

they only left a few 0.3x carats :( they say they have been asking solasfera company for 0.4x stocks, but they are reluctant to produce it as they are focusing on larger carats
