Did our engagement ring and wedding bands at ling jewellery. Met another customer there who said he was a regular and was collecting commission for a new ring for his mum made out of one side of her earring (she lost the other side).
May I know what is the 4C and the rough price?
0.59ct E VVS2 for 5.7k. I wouldn't mind going for a lower clarity one but they didnt have any available. But it looks like a 0.6ct size without having to pay the premium.
Realized for Octagons it can go with 4 prongs only. I'm figuring out if I should go with plain band or side diamonds. Will upload the pics later

Just managed to finalise, shall stick with 0.43 even though she is fine with 0.34.

Can't decide to do side diamonds or not. If its for side diamonds, most likely I will go for this design. This is my reserved diamond that Joy put on top of an empty setting to visualize. I like how majestic the ring is. I will need to top up $550 more for the side diamonds.
For the plain version, I shortlisted this one. I saw a few bros here chose this similar design before. I like the white and rose gold combi uniqueness and focus on the diamond. For some reason, I find the main diamond looks bigger??
My gf is fine with both. She asked me to choose. I guess this will be my element of surprise. haha. Any pros or cons for each?
Heres another shot of the Octagon to show how shiny it is. The more I see it, the more I like it more

I prefer the plain one, clean and simple. Your octagon is already very bling so no need the band to bling ba. The side diamonds will be nicer if its a stand alone ring by itself.

is the a good diamond? Both hearts and arrows seem to be ok. but only concern is with the hearts where there are white blocks around it.

Sorry guys. Dunno where to ask but usually on ROM Day.

For my ROM I'm going to use my existing suit and my SO will buy a simple dress to wear.
For our wedding dinner I'm going to tailor and buy a suit and my SO will rent the bridal dress. For my suit I can wear again for work whereas the bridal gown, we don't see a point buying since she's going to wear one time only and it will take up so much space to store it.
The bottom left arrow is disconnected from the arrow head. I'm not sure if its the photo blur, but are all those black dots the inclusions?

Mine is the same as the white and rose gold twist one but in 6 prongs
0.34 carat, super ideal, F colour, VS1@ $2,400.
But I just went today to upgrade it to 0.43 carat, F colour, VS1@ $3,250.
I am considering something around the range from 3k to 5k with setting and all.
Do you mind sharing the 3D scope? Thanks in advance!
