For miles, you can go for the UOB or Citibank miles card. Advantage of UOB is the points dont expire and you can keep it indefinitely. Just need to convert the unipoints into miles when you need to use them.
May I know which UOB miles card you are referring to ?

I cant seems to upload a high resolution report. Any comments/opinion on this diamond specs - AGS number 104116011057?

Supposed to go collect but I have to put on hold some stuff. Havent seen it live yet. Thanks.
Good spread for a decagon.
Typical small table size which u will notice at 1caret n above. Below that it won’t make much visual difference

Hi guys, when you go to JP to select the diamond, do you generally trust the diamond that they recommend to you? My only concern is that I only know the basic things to look out for which they taught during the introductory lesson. I don't have a keen eye for such things so I am concerned if I am not checking properly enough. So I was thinking if it is wise to assume they will recommend me something of a good quality in the first place, so it is not an absolute necessity to check. Thanks in advance!

Do people generally also get their wedding bands from JP? Especially those with melee diamonds ones?

JP is known for their transparency and overly strict quality. They only stock the high performing ones and will have all the scopes, aset, etc. to prove it. Quality wise you don't need to worry as you're already getting the top of the top with them. And if you're getting their White Series, its even more strict than their SIC. Their intro lesson info is much more than any other shops that will share. I rem when I was looking around, JP was the only one that bothered to tell me about the aset scopes, flat carat weights to avoid, etc.

Hello bros, I went to JP a couple months back and requested for a custom cut diamond cause only available was a round 10 0.6. Wanted a decagon and a slightly larger diamond so requested for range of 0.66-0.69 as suggested by the staff there. I finally got my report! Could any of you comment on this diamond? I’m still a noobie at this like most of the people who come to this forum for advice.
Thanks in advance!!

Hi all,

Am a long lurker in this thread, I have finally received the diamond report and would like to seek opinions/views on it. Greatly appreciate all opinions and advices on the specs. Thanks in advance! 🙏

Hello! May I know how much you were quoted for this diamond? They quoted 6.7k for my 0.66 decagon.

Incase anyone looking for 1carat diamond, was told the price range for 1.01 to 1.05 carat decagon around 15.8-16.8k

Think the price increased as compared to few months back

Thank you! It's just that there are so many people who are asking for feedback on their JP diamond here so I was concerned whether I got a diamond that people on this forum would say "this diamond is not so good and should be avoided" etc

Rapaport 2019 vs 2021
Has prices really gone up? Depends on color and clarity.
Take it with a pinch of salt

Hello all, have been lurking on this thread for a while now - made an appointment to JP for viewing last weekend. We placed a deposit for a decagon - this is the AGS report number: AGS 104116011075 (can't post a link).

I noticed quite a number of feathers on the surface of the diamond, and with one at the edge (left side) but I'm not too sure if it's a cause for concern? Any shifus here able to share your inputs on the grading report please?

Thank you so much!

Any feedback on the below would be appreciated. Am concerned at the number of feathers on the right side.

AGS 104115721063
Decagon F VVS2 0.82
Yours is a VVS2 that’s the higher clarity grade. VVS clarity grades standard is for it to be eye clean and not to have durability risk type of inclusions. It’s safe bro.

On the clarity plot, the feathers are on the top half portion of the diamond (doesn’t mean surface). And I don’t see the feathers cutting through the girdle from the diagrams. You can double check that with their specialist to be safe. But I remember JP rejects durability issues types of inclusions as part of their qc standard too.

Thank you for your inputs! The specialist did mention that they do a stringent QC on their diamonds. I'll just check in with them once more.

I second this. I compared diamonds of the same spec and JP's / HoH's one look the best (the way it glimmers you can tell with the naked eye is different). certainly gave me the impression they choose their stones, not anyhow take in

Found a JP video of what to see for ring inspection. I was using their hearts/arrows scope's magnification lens to see my ring. The craftmanship is really superb man. Anyway, for those collecting their diamond rings, this is useful to see what to QC for.

I can keep watching their crafting videos on their insta. Its quite calming and additive :ROFLMAO:
