Recently just recovered from Pneumonia in may 2015 and was very unhappy how CGH handled my case (and also my back problems on previous visits)which made me ponder that I should Upgrade my plan.
CURRENT:
PRUshield A PLUS: Cover everything since 2008
Pre-exsiting condition since 2009:
I attempted to upgrade last year but reject it due to an exclusion. So I tried again this year after my pneumonia episode.
Attempting to Upgrade to A Premier:
2014 Exclusion:
Lumbo-Sacral spine, its discs, joint, nerve, spinal cord, ligaments, etc
2015 Exclusion:
The spine, its discs, joint, nerve, spinal cord, ligaments, etc
So 2015 exclusion is worst, this time is the whole spine.
In need of advice
My agent advised me to get a GP memo to indicated that I have recovered from my backache which is now under control by doing physio.
The idea is to use the GP memo to appeal for a lighter exclusion. Which is the 2014 exclusion.
However, my concern is the exclusion of the Lumbo-Sacral spine. It that a bad offer to accept even if the appeal is approved? I need some expert advice on this matter.
Should I remain status quote or accept if the appeal is successfully?
I don't think the new exclusion is viable to be accepted.
TIA
