How we know is faked or real one ?

Butter is made from cream. When you churn cream sufficiently, the fat will separate from the water and the fat is actually butter. The liquid part (or buttermilk) can be used as a tenderizer to tenderize meats before cooking.

Its not "real or fake" but the diff in taste and what the base ingredients is.

Some people find margarine sucks since its primarily churned butter from homogenizing vegetable fat. Some people can't tell the diff.

It really depends on how cultured your palate is.
