Psu or Mobo gone?

Pc keep freezing 5 mins into the loading just idling on desktop, freezing with no errors. Got to do a hard shut down holding the power button, started with just simple browsing on the internet now loading game also hang. Gpu cpu ram is new.
Time to change psu?
Psu is like 3-4 years old

Thanks guys think later i will reinstall os on my samsung ssd see if it hangs there.. cuz i remember sometimes it hang even at the win 7 loading screen not even in desktop, memtest i ran with 2 passes with 0 errors so i suppose its fine.. and is relatively newly bought

The crystaldiskmake i read and write 32gb for my crucial and samsung ssd before also no hang.. just idling not doing anything on desktop also hang safe mode plug out gpu also hang

Chg mobo liao now can load up in bios can use mouse and keyboard but once load in windows like cant detect my usb mouse keyboard
Guess i reinstall a my win7 os on my another ssd then use that to upgrade to win 10
Or i use laptop create win10 installation usb

To reinstall Windows 10, just install Win 10 will do.
Need not Windows 7 first than 10.
Do prepare the CD key if you have.
If not since you already let the SSD with Windows run on the new motherboard.
It should detect the license key.
Upgrading from Win 7 to Win 10 will have issues especially related to driver.
Since some driver like USB 3.0 are carried over thus causing issues.
Once you install a fresh copy of Win 10.
It will use all new drivers so no carry over from previous OS.

thought i fried my mobo, didnt install 1 standoff at first, then plug in the mobo 1 stand off. only detected 1 ram, reseat ram detected 2, then install os 10..done
