Pc keep freezing 5 mins into the loading just idling on desktop, freezing with no errors. Got to do a hard shut down holding the power button, started with just simple browsing on the internet now loading game also hang. Gpu cpu ram is new.
Time to change psu?
Psu is like 3-4 years old

Try testing without your 5600xt and using only igpu

CPU Intel i5 4670k brought last year? Second hand?

Anyway since you have so many SSD:

- Try unplug one of them leaving only the drive that have OS.
- Run Crystalmark
https://crystalmark.info/en/software/crystaldiskmark/

Pairing Radeon 5600xt with i5 4670k is not a good and there will be bottleneck.
Opt to upgrade in the future if you have budget.
Get a pair of brand new Corsair Vengance DDR3-1600 RAM from shops like Fuwell.

Running two sticks or RAM would be better than one as with two sticks it will
run in dual channel mode.

uinstalled the radeon adreline gpu driver software
event viewer show previous error with unable to start for AMD FUEL Services, AODDriver, Alipaladin, Malwarebyte services, then critical error Kernel-Power when i force shutdown

running occt stressing cpu for the last half an hour no freeze, cpu temps at around 75 degrees, usually idle at 40 plus degrees
running crystaldiskmark to stress the ssd also no freeze

a 100% way to freeze my comp is to start up dota 2, will hang/freeze while loading
seems to be on and off, previous week was freezing the moment i entered windows, yesterday was able to game and use normally for straight 10 hours. Seems like its better after I give it a rest when I am working instead of oning the PC for long periods of time.

https://ibb.co/r7mcgnGocct stress test for the 12v 5v 3.3v rails looks okay right?

Allocate one SSD, do a secure erase on it using the manufacturer Toolbox.
Install a fresh copy of Windows see how it goes.
I suspect one of the SSD have issue, and also run both Samsung and Cruical respective tool box.
Samsung is Samsung Magician, Crucial is Storage executive.
If there is wear level like around 20 - 30% than that SSD need to be replaced.

Your computer freezing due to super nature reason ? Just joking :) . Your voltages seem fine.
Try out techidiot's advise.

PSU seem to be unable to stress test on OCTT returning error on first sight, but at least able to play my dota now

Very hard to rule out what is the issue.
BTW when updating the driver do disconnect from Internet, if not it will clash with Windows since it will auto install any missing driver.

just noticed you did post your spec

you said ram gg previously
ram has lifetime warranty
did you send it to service center to check or you simply got a new ram and it worked thus assume the ram gg?

Follow these steps:

1) Enter BIOS
2) Disable Speedstep

4) Disable C-States
