PSU problem driving me crazy

Just my two cents, if you feel the PC very warm the case thermal performance is not very good.
Not a fan of ITX mainly due to airflow, if you are concern about when PC getting warm during
usage opt to change to a M-ATX.
Most M-ATX case can accept ITX motherboard so shouldn't be any issue.

the reason you open up the side panel is it due to hot temperature?
personally I will close the side panel because the concerns of the environment dust pile up, sometime even in close room condition air con will blow up dust particles and also electric static on top of the dust particles in longer terms ( I always got shocked in aircon dry environment with metal panel or cabinet which could cause harm to the pc components)

Yes... Was thinking about heat issue. Didn't know got other detriment.

This pc is for my wife. Aesthetics and footprint above everything. But matx would be a good idea.

lol paiseh skim through too fast and missed it..

Now my casing is against the wall with 5cm gap and i removed the side panel that is facing the wall. The other side panel is still closed. Just wondering if this is the best setup? Or should i just close all panels? The way it is configured, with mesh holes side panels and tight enclosure (no space), i don't think the top exhaust fan can do much in terms of air flow heat control right? So might as well open one panel?

looks like your case design sure will have higher thermal... just have to live with it if you intend to continue using it.

your hot temperature is the cpu or graphics card?

cpu cooler if using amd stock cooler it is normal to see high cpu temps
graphics card high temp i think maybe can try set your top exhaust fans to go faster speed.. if your case can push out more air out from the case, more fresh air will be able to enter the side vents.

Both cpu n gpu will be hot when video encoding and 3d gaming. Regretted not adding better cpu fan cooler when selecting parts. For top fan, i will not touch the default setting. I think everything will be fine lah.
