I know cannot ask questions as this is a statistics thread, i got something to clarify since so many chin/pull up experts here. :(

during the chin-up motion upwards, my lower body zero jerk and zero swinging... but my lower body and the legs needs to slowly squeeze forward and harden the abs in order to get my chin above the bar. is this considered cheating? :s11:

not last few reps, it is since the 1st rep. as long as i dun curl my body forward, i cannot perform the chin-up with chin above the bar...

my lower body zero jerk and zero swinging... but my lower body and the legs needs to slowly squeeze and curl forward and harden the abs in order to get my chin above the bar. i cannot keep my lower body vertically straight. is this considered cheating? :s11: :vijayadmin:
