Don't buy expensive items. Qoo10 customer service very lazy and irresponsible nowadays. They don't help buyers at all even if item is defective. So there's no way u can get ur money back in case of anything.

second this, self-collect (told seller will be late, seller ok) or seller runs oos didn't deliver, period auto runs-out, and can't get refund from qoo10 even after appeal.

Agree. So far I have not see the Qoo10 customer service do anything to help me seek a refund too. Feels like speaking to ghost here. Guest the CS from third world cos there never bother to help or leave their names. Simply bo chap.

I did my own refund with a seller when they send me a defective iphone 6.

I paid through paypal (i suggest u do this when buying expensive item in qoo) and I escalated straight to paypal and they liaise with qoo and the seller. I got back my $ thereafter.

Quick question. If qoo10 says coupon expiry '1 day left' . Does it expire today at midnight or tomorrow bcos there is 1 day left?

If a group buy only needs 1 order to be activated, does it mean that I will order at the higher price to activate the deal and be billed at the lower price thereafter?
