Im not sure as im not a seller, i can assume higher commission since they go by points system. The higher the points, the lower the commission, something like that?

A penalty would most probably be a reduction in their points.

Never cancel yourself when seller ask you to cancel. My answer is reference to where seller "force" you to cancel. They should bear the penalty. Write to qoo10 to cancel for you if seller do not want to cancel.

You can cancel yourself definitely only if none of your items are shipped. But qmoney get returned first. If some of your items are shipped, you pay the full amount.

Saw that Trustech is selling for $67.90 plus $4.99 delivery (from China). 3 months warranty but probably troublesome to ship back to China.
