Equatorial Club Rm

It is an excellent club lounge with a variety of food. It has a very spacious club room with 2 balconies and a large bathroom. Specially, staffs were very friendly. The club serves an average buffet breakfast.

Just came back from yet another trip.

Don't know if they've any restrictions, but I've gone on the blue (executive?) taxis and they're metered with a RM2 on-call fee.

Fare-wise, I can't really see much difference from those normal flat-rate ones that can be hailed from the streets.

What's more, the blue ones are more comfortable. :o

i think blue is go by meter and normal is driver set price?
I remember having gone on a non-blue one that went by meter too, but it's called by a hotel so I'm not sure how they work.

I just thought that since the blue one is actually not much different in fare, maybe I'll just call them myself in future, especially when I'm outside somewhere.

I'm just wondering if it's just my (good) luck, or the blue ones are indeed not that expensive, unlike how they work in JB.

Those familiar with equatorial. For triple sharing, is premier or deluxe better?

I've only tried Stall #2 after they rebuild the place, and only because that's the only stall opened in the afternoon. =:p

A friend from the village said the stalls are actually about the same, while another Malaysian friend said he's had many good feedback from Stall #5. :D

Tried #2 and found the food to be quite good. Less the sotong which I latwr learnt from the store are frozen hence not those fresh type.

It not really a bed. But good enough if u not fussy n jux need something to rest on for a night.
If not, get a pull - in bed

Ok, thanks.

Another question for malacca regulars. Other than the city sights and food, what are good places slightly out of town but good for a day trip? Go in the morning, come back evening.
