One thing I always do when I travel to a cold place is to buy cold wear there if possible. This means you should at least have something to tide you over until you get the proper stuff.

In particular, warm under garments are significantly cheaper in these places.

Also, since alcohol is cheap, try to drink some sake when you feel cold (if you can drink alcohol). It really helps.

Welcome back hot humid Sg
Oh u on delta air
Could share your. Cabin seat and Makan ?

I am a bui bui, 100kgs and 1.8m tall.

Flying delta economy. Compare to budget Jetstar, the seat is more comfy and more leg space.

They serve dinner with 2 choices (chix pasta/pork rice) to choose from, a snack of ice cream, 3 drinks (juices/beer/wine/coffee/tea/evian) and 2 evian waters in-between. Unlike the budget Jetstar everything has to pay.

winter this year damn warm compared to last year

Well bro it was abnormally cold in most northern parts of Japan last year.

Rem when I said it was 2c when I touched down at Memembetsu Airport in mid May 2013?:s13::D And there was still quite a fair bit of snow on many parts of Daisuetsuzan National Park...

Even Hokkaido residents were puzzled why winter was so long in 2013. And Kamiyubestsu Tulip Park and Pink Moss park were almost no show until early June... some 2-3 weeks later than the norm.

I'm not sure if this year weather has revert back to 'normal'... so I guess it is normal if the overall temp is higher than last yr

13-16 degrees? In Feb? That's really warm.
I'll be heading there next week, now I dunno what sort of clothings to pack for. Winter jackets? or Autumn jackets?
If I bring winter jackets and the weather is above 10 degrees, people will think I'm crazy for wearing winter wear.
