Quick tips for Japan in Winter!

13-16 degrees? In Feb? That's really warm.
I'll be heading there next week, now I dunno what sort of clothings to pack for. Winter jackets? or Autumn jackets?
If I bring winter jackets and the weather is above 10 degrees, people will think I'm crazy for wearing winter wear.

Awww... how I missed Odori Park...

It still looked the same as I last left it wor... well its a gd thing Japan is not sillypore else prob Odori Park will end up as some faceless condo in the near future... !@#$%
