IS HELL NECESSARY?WHY DO SINNERS HAVE TO GO TO HELL?
God gave man two paths, life and death.
Man through Adam chose death.
Yet God made a way of redemption by sending His Son to die a death He did not deserve for sin He did not commit.
God is love and He had shown us this by the gift of His Son.
John 3:7,”For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.”
God created man in His image and that means man was created to be a soul.
God created a body made of dust and then put a soul inside that body, which is the actual person.
So even when the body is destroyed at death, the soul continues to be alive.
Genesis 2:7,”And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.”
There’s no purgatory, there’s just heaven and hell after death, meaning that human soul is bound to go to either of these two places.
So if God should spare sinners from hell, that means that He should take them to heaven.
And since there’s no repentance after death, a person is unable to change from whatever state they died in.
They are at a state described in Revelation 22:11,”He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still.”
This means a person who dies in their sin will still desire their sin and will want to continue their sin even in the after life.
Even in hell, the dancers continue dancing in torment, the immoral have the punishments of serpents that mimic the acts they did,the drunkards continue thirsting for alcohol and have mirages of what they think is alcohol but is acid that bursts their throats, people continue trying to commit their sins but cannot enjoy them because now it’s a way of torment.
They continue because at death a person is paused at whatever state hey were, they can never ever change after death.
If God lets sinners in heaven it would cease to be heaven!
Murderers would still keep trying to murder, thieves would still try to keep stealing, foul mouthed would be cussing, the immoral would still want to continue that in heaven.
Imagine all sinners who died in their sins, would all still be trying to continue their sin in heaven because they died unrepentant and cannot change in death!
Would that be heaven?
Certainly not because there would still be jealousy, pride, strife, immorality, and all manner of sin, there would be no peace and no rest for anyone as you would be getting cussed at,you would often be “almost murdered” by those who try to continue that sin even though there’s no death in heaven, you would have people trying to steal your heavenly treasures, you would have people gossiping you, slandering you, name calling, ungodly dancing, some people would be trying to find a way to transform their heavenly gown to be more revealing etc!
Earth was a paradise till sin was introduced.
The suffering of earth is a result of sin.
If that sin was to be taken to heaven, heaven would become no different from earth.
It too would become a place of suffering just like earth.
God wouldn’t live in fellowship with man in heaven as He does now because God cannot stand sin.
So God has created a place where sin will be destroyed.
Unfortunately if a person holds on to sin, they will be destroyed along with it.
Because God’s desire is to destroy sin so that He can create a new heaven and a new earth where sin and suffering doesn’t exist.
It’s His desire to make all things new.
But the old must be destroyed in order to get the new.
So the only way of escape is to let go of the sin so that you are not destroyed along with it,then cling to Jesus Christ so that His blood washes you clean.
His blood cannot wash you while you hold on to the sin God intends to destroy.
But you must separate from the sin so that you will not be destroyed with it when God destroys all wickedness and makes all things new.
Escape hell and enter eternal life through the Way:Jesus Christ.
Matthew 7:13,”Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it.
Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.”
Matthew 13:41-42, “ The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness,
and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.”
Matthew 25:42,”Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels.”
Revelation 21:1,5 “ Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea.
5. Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.”
