Best is to secure a job first than quit.
Yes, it requires a lot of patience. I am going through that now, applying for jobs is a tedious process too.
I have changed jobs 5 times. (1st 4 jobs 10 years ago was not so competitive like nowadays, I recalled the 5th job and my current job is very competitive. 5th and current job is in recent 5 years).

Unless the current place is really toxic and affecting mental and physical health, then it would be better to leave without securing a job.

Agreed, my previous job's manager was damn toxic and daily meetings ended with F*** words and banging the table... follow-up emails at 2-3 am and weekend as well... left after 2 years and managed to secure my current job after 4 months.

If the workplace makes you tired, will you still stay on if they persuade you to change your mind, knowing you leave without a job?

But you really want to leave coz it's making you tired...burnt out your weekend...and your RO may not understand you and ask you to stay...despite you already state so...
if u r in SAF, and not NSF

then u complain BTH...

i think u should buy toto and hope u win

cus if SAF u bth i think u cant survive outside
