Roughly less than $20
Works with inverter and 9V batt
then stick it underside?

I just realised yesterday how to lock up my rear wheels like a handbrake. Can get the center one way pulley or front one way diff for my 05. But dunno how it'll help in drifting.. Maybe can run PVC tyres in the rear and rubber in front for gripping to point in the right direction. Hmmm... *ponders*
