Had a ten minute test run just now with the body on and found that the electronics got rather hot! Managed to slightly burn my finger when I touched the ESC's heatsink for longer than a second, so I decided to cut out some air intakes and vents.

Now I gotta find find some fly screen to cover 'em holes up to lessen the amount of debris entering

bro... got question for you...

how easily will the suspension arm break when i accidentally impact the side of the car during drifting? those yellow colour arrow drawn on the mscp flow also pose a problem as it's like sticking up from the ground...

lol~ during our drifting section so far no ppl break any parts...cos when u drift u will not full trottle also~! so should be ok

another note is that your Ni-mah batts will get better after a few cycles (5-10 cycles).. do not be disappointed when it does not give you a good charge or run time.

somebody stole mine at the track just nicelycycled too

dont worry, if you are drifting, your car aint gonna go very fast... infact it is like watching the car go in slo-mo so its not gonna hit anything very hard...
these tamiya plastics are quite durable... i have seen cars crash flipped like 200 time and tumble in full speed and they continue to race!

of course do not go trying those stunts though.

Don't worry about Tamiya, they're pretty durable! But my neighbour once tore off his TA04's front suspension arm when he rammed into one of those small "bricks" in a side impact. But nevertheless, the TT01 spare parts are relatively cheap.

Looks more fierce? Hmm, I wanna get white wheels and another Dark Impact body. Then paint it blue and spray the rims gold and then do up the body with Subaru WRC decals or paint red and white and paste Mitsubishi EVO rally decals.
