Tht's pretty ex for a 5000mah...
Alternatively you can approach Winnie for a Make in china 5000Mah lipo by the name of Yuntong which cost $150.
For me since i'm getting 2($10 off each), paying $170 for a well established brand and it offers something like this
20C Constant(100 amps)
30C Sustained(150 amps)
50C Burst(250 amps)
247 grams
Comes with Apache/Hyperion Taps
Highest performance in the industry
Twice the capacity of NiMH for the same weight
Plug and Play for any charger/balancer/vehicle
Exceeds safety standards of the IATA
Factory Fresh Cells within 3 weeks
Can be recharged unlimited times per day
Copper Tab Cells for lower resistance
I feel that it's worth the money.Unless u r comparing to normal nimh battery which is commonly approve for races, cost around $50-60 lesser than a lipo with both on the same capacity..
In the long run, lipo will save u more from the maintainence..
But to each and his own, for me..I dont mind paying more for something good..
PS: My bro initially didnt wana spend so much for a battery also until i patiently converted him into a lipo addict..
